Team Makers is called upon by schools, daycares, camps, parents, youth sports teams and other youth organizations that are committed to offering the children of their communities fun experiences that equip them with the skills needed for success in life. We offer experiences perfect for children aged four to 16 years old. We even work with educators and camp counselors to have them experience increased levels of team interaction.

In every Team Makers workshop, children have fun and learn specific individual and cooperative skills. These engaging workshops help prepare children for success and happiness in all stages and aspects of life and empower them to make a difference. The heart-warming sights and sounds of these amazing experiences include smiles, laughs, high-fives, action, pride, insightful reflection, engaged children and impressed accompanying adults.
The Team Makers methodology is built on a “learning by doing” philosophy that allows the participants to “experience” through hands-on activities and “reflect” in group discussion in order to “transfer” and apply newly developed skills to their daily lives.

Experts in Teambuilding, not just Group Activities.
The greatest difference between Teambuilding and Group Activity is that Teambuilding is intentionally designed to promote/develop inter-personal skills and unify its participants in a way that delivers meaningful, positive results. In Group Activities, on the other hand, participants are simply grouped together to participate in a “fun” activity or group project, etc. Like in Teambuilding, often with Group Activities the development of inter-personal skills and group unity are the goals. We group the children up, give them a task, cross our fingers and hope for the best! Anyone that has participated in one of these loosely structured “if you group them, they will unite” experiences, knows that often something entirely different happens. On the other hand, the Team Makers’ Teambuilding Advantage delivers carefully structured experiences, which ensure engaging activities and meaningful reflections come together to provide positive results. While it is possible to get positive results from Group Activities, the development of these critical life-skills is too important to leave it to chance!
